Fairy & Iron Yuletide Ball

November 14, 2026, 5pm–10pm | The Grand Chalet, Milton | Fairy & Iron Yuletide Ball

   A grand winter finale of dining, performance, and celebration as the story reaches its final and most important choice.  The competition for Prince Caraway's heart nears its end as the two remaining maidens left await their fate. The Yuletide Ball is the final night, where your choice matters - and may change the fate of Shadowmere. Vote for your maiden, cheer them on, and join in the after-party celebration.

What's Included

Royal Portrait - Have your photo and royal costume immortalized by our resident professional photographer team. Use our photo area, explore the venue's incredible atmosphere for your own photo shoots, and more!


Full Catered Dinner - Enjoy a catered sit down dinner and entertainment while you eat! Meet new people, or grab a table for you and your friends to share. 


360 Booth - For two hours only, the dance floor transforms into your own personal spotlight. From 8–10 PM, step into a complimentary 360° experience by Orbit 360 Studios and capture the night from every angle. Gather your favourite people, lose yourself in the music, and create a moment you can replay long after the last dance.


The Royal Court Ledger - A mystery quest available to all patrons who purchase their tickets. Meet new people, hunt down secret treasures, and win your own trinkets to take home.


Red Carpet Revelry - Every citizen of Shadowmere will get to be official royalty for a night. Create your own identity within the courts, be announced by our Master of Ceremonies. One lucky citizen will even be crowned for their efforts as the most eligible suitor of the season...


Trinket Trading - Bring your season's trinkets and trade away! Our staff, the Royal Court, and others will bring shiny treasures. You may even find something on your table awaiting you, as a gift from the Winter Court for your attendance.



Dining, Entertainment, and Add Ons

Three Course Meal: Menu

Enjoy a full sit-down catered meal at your table, a complimentary alcoholic beverage, and additional food and drink for purchase. Any patron with dietary restrictions can note such in their ticket form and accommodations can be made.


Appetizer: Stracciatella Soup and fresh bread for the table

Entree: Baby Beef Roast 

Dessert: Crepes A La Mode

Entertainment

Story Finale - Tonight is the last night where your voice matters. Prince Caraway is left with only two maidens vying for his heart, the throne, and a future as Shadowmere's next queen. Be in the room where it happens. Witness Prince Caraway interact with the two last contenders, hear the final speech of those still standing, and vote on who you think should win. 


The Winter Court Dance - Learn the official Winter Court Dance, taught by a professional dance instructor. Join the music, and let the good times take over!


Mesmerizing Performances - Enjoy magical and wondrous belly dancing performances by Invoketress. Get swept away in the enchanting movements and powerful choreography! We may just have another surprise performer as well...


Dance Party - During the late night party, dance and jive away with our Royal Court DJ.

Dress-up in whatever garb feels most authentic to you. While most guests dress in white-tie fantasy-inspired attire, there is no requirement to do so. You’re welcome to participate at whatever level feels comfortable, whether that’s full costume or a simple night-out look. 

Yes! Fairy & Iron is designed to be welcoming and easy to step into. You don’t need any prior experience with Renaissance events, roleplay, or fantasy—just come ready to enjoy a unique and social evening. 

Your ticket includes entry to the Yuletide Ball, a full dinner service, live performances, immersive storytelling, and access to the dance floor and evening festivities. 

Absolutely. Many guests attend solo and find it’s a great way to meet new people. The atmosphere is designed to be warm, social, and easy to step into. 

Yes! Guests are more than welcome and encouraged to bring their trinkets to trade with other attendees, and even our characters! Please keep your trinkets non-perishable. 

The event is immersive, but participation is always optional. You’re welcome to simply watch and enjoy the performances, or engage more deeply if you’d like — there’s no pressure either way.
