Cox Creek Cellars is an outdoor venue with a mix of grass, gravel, and uneven terrain. While many areas are accessible, some parts of the event may be more difficult to navigate depending on mobility needs. We do our best to create clear pathways and supportive environments, and our team is always happy to assist where possible. If you have specific accessibility needs or questions, please feel free to reach out in advance so we can help you plan your visit.
We understand that costumes are a big part of the experience, and prop weapons may be part of that. Safety is our top priority and we do not allow any behaviour that could cause harm to others. If any guest is found to be acting in a way that is unsafe or threatening, they will be removed from the event immediately. We have a zero-tolerance policy for violence. Please come to enjoy the experience safely and respectfully.
Pet policies follow the venue’s standard rules. Cox Creek Cellars is a dog-friendly venue, so well-behaved dogs are welcome. We ask that all pets are kept on leash, supervised at all times, and comfortable in a busy, outdoor environment. Please be mindful of other guests, vendors, and performers when bringing your pet.
